February 26, 2005.... was the day Jason proposed to me and this adventure began. We celebrated the anniversary of our engagement yesterday by exchanging gifts and dining at an awesome steakhouse.
Jason gave me a gorgeous bracelet with a little saying on it: "To be rich in love is to be rich in life." I adore it! I gave Jason titanium cufflinks with his monogram on them to wear on the wedding day.
Also, I had a makeup trial with a makeup artist that specialized in bridal makeup. She said "No brown eyeshadow and ONLY black eye liner" and instructed me on color choice and application for the big day. I think it looked pretty good when we were done. :)
Since my makeup was already done up nicely- we went out to dinner and enjoyed a long evening and talked about how crazy this year has been and how excited we were for the big day to finally arrive. It will be here before we know it, I am sure of that!
